August 28th - Head of St. Margarets Bay, Nova Scotia
What if the single most important thing that you could do to have a more peaceful life with your dog was as simple as creating calm connection with yourself?
I know this to be true and that’s why I am so excited to be inviting your to the Calm Connection Workshop series!
Have you noticed that things have taken a rather frantic pace lately?
We went from quarantine and lockdown to things fully opening up and it’s like we’ve got this collective fear of missing out, so we rush from one thing to the next.

A sacred pause.
Time to just BE.

The focus throughout this full day workshop will be slowing down.
Taking time to be fully present.
To forest bath, to be in our bodies during meditation, to experience true connection, calmness and fun with our dogs in a puzzle session, and to connect with ourselves, and other beings.
It’s going to be magical!
Miranda (the Mindful Canine) and I have a combined 25 years of working professionally with dogs. Our combined wisdom in creating calm connection on both ends of the leash is legendary.
