Introduction
This declaration applies to all products and services provided by Puzzle Dog Canine Services (‘Puzzle Dog’). Puzzle Dog, located at 37 Lakewood Drive extension is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this Privacy Statement.

 

Personal data that we process
Puzzle Dog processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provided it to us yourself. Data which Puzzle Dog needs from you or which are necessary in the framework of the purposes described below, and which are processed by Puzzle Dog in any case and at a minimum, include:

  • Initials and surname

  • Date of birth

  • Company name (if applicable)

  • Address data (consisting of street name + house number + postal code)

  • Telephone number (mobile or landline)

  • E-mail address

  • Bank details

 

Does Puzzle Dog process special personal data?

Special personal data are sensitive data, for example about health or a criminal record, ethnic data or data concerning race. Puzzle Dog does not process special personal data.

 

Why we need data

Once you have an agreement with Puzzle Dog, we want to provide excellent customer service.

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to text or email you if this is necessary for us to provide our services.

  • To inform you about changes to our services and products.

  • To deliver (digital) goods and services to you.

  • If we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.

  • Data can also be used for promotional or marketing purposes, which are in proportion to the type of service provided by Puzzle Dog. For example, to inform you about a new activity of Puzzle Dog via our newsletter. If you do not want to be contacted through our newsletter, you can indicate this by clicking 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the newsletter. 

 

We will only use your data for a purpose other than that for which they were originally processed if there is a close relationship between the two purposes.

 

What rules apply to the processing of personal data?

When processing personal data, Puzzle Dog is bound by the applicable laws and regulations and keeps up to date with their developments. In this context, Puzzle Dog reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement in order to bring it into line with the latest developments, as stated at the bottom of this privacy statement.

 

How long we store data

Puzzle Dog does not keep your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data is collected.

 

Sharing with others/disclosure of data to third parties

Puzzle Dog does not sell your data to third parties and only provides them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. In order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data, we have concluded a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf.

 

Analyzing website visits (public section) / Cookie policy

Puzzle Dog only uses technical and functional cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit our websites for the first time. Any person who has access to personal data at Puzzle Dog and/or processes it, is obliged to keep this data confidential, unless laws or regulations stipulate otherwise. If Puzzle Dog makes use of the services of third parties, Puzzle Dog will make arrangements concerning the necessary security measures in order to protect personal data.
